Let's Talk

Have a question or ready to get started? Reach out however works best for you, and I'll get right back to you.

Who I Am and Where I Work

I am Katie Davis, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Houston Central, working out of the office at 1201 Fannin St, Suite 350in downtown Houston. I am a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS®, and you may also see me listed under my full name, Kathryn Davis, on HAR.com and other MLS records.

I serve the Greater Houston area, including Houston, Katy, Pearland, Sugar Land, Pasadena, Friendswood, League City, and the Clear Lake area, across Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Galveston counties.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Call or text is fastest. I aim to respond the same day, and if you reach me outside working hours I will get back to you the next morning. The first conversation is a short one: what you are trying to do, roughly when, and what you already have in place. There is no cost and no obligation, and I will tell you plainly if now is not the right time to move.

If you are buying, it helps to know whether you have spoken to a lender yet. Pre-approval determines what we can realistically look at, and I can point you to trusted local lenders if you need one.

If you are selling, tell me the address and roughly when you want to be moved. Because Texas is a non-disclosure state and final sale prices are not in public records, I will prepare a comparative market analysis from MLS-verified sales rather than working from an automated online estimate.

If you are relocating from out of state, say so up front. Houston has local particulars worth understanding before you fly in — no conventional city zoning, MUD and levee district taxes, school district lines that ignore mailing addresses, and flood risk that varies street to street. I would rather cover that on a call than have it surprise you during an option period.

Before You Call

You may find your answer already written up. The FAQ covers closing costs, the option period, earnest money, property taxes, homestead exemptions, and flood disclosure. You can also search the full Houston MLS, read about the neighborhoods I know best, or look through homes I have recently closed.
